2. Scope
This policy applies to consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area, including Finland, who buy VitaVascor for personal use. Business purchasers may have different contractual terms if expressly agreed in writing.
3. Statutory withdrawal right
Under Directive 2011/83/EU, you generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after you acquire physical possession of the goods. Exceptions apply when health or hygiene would be compromised if sealed goods are opened. Food supplements that are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return due to health protection or safety lose the right of withdrawal once unsealed after delivery, in line with applicable law.
4. How to exercise withdrawal
Send a clear statement to our email or postal address before the deadline. You may use a withdrawal template available from EU consumer portals but plain language is sufficient. Include your name, address, order number, and the products you wish to return.
5. Return shipment
Unless we offer a prepaid label, you bear the direct cost of returning goods unless we agree otherwise or national law requires us to pay. Use a tracked service and keep proof of posting. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you shipped them.
6. Refunds
We refund all payments received, including outbound delivery costs at the least expensive standard rate if you withdraw, within fourteen days of receiving your notice or the goods, whichever is later. Refunds use the same payment method unless you agree to another method without fees. Express surcharges you chose are not refundable beyond the standard rate unless mandatory law says otherwise.
7. Defective or damaged goods
If goods arrive damaged, contaminated, or not as described, contact us promptly with photos. Statutory warranty and conformity rights under national laws apply in addition to this policy. We may offer replacement or price reduction consistent with those laws.
8. Incorrect shipments
If we send the wrong item or quantity, we arrange correction at our expense after verification.
9. Hygiene and safety
Returned food supplements must be unopened and sealed unless a defect required opening for inspection authorised by us. We may refuse returns that pose safety risks.
10. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating chargebacks so we can resolve issues quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to account review.
11. Record keeping
We retain return records to meet accounting and consumer law obligations. See the Privacy Policy for retention periods.
12. Governing standards
Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected. Finnish consumers, for example, retain rights under Finnish consumer legislation where applicable alongside EU rules.
13. Partial returns
If you purchased multiple units in one order and withdraw only for some of them, we refund the price of returned units plus a proportional part of standard outbound shipping when the withdrawal right applies.
14. Statutory conformity claims
Beyond withdrawal, consumers may have remedies if goods lack conformity with the sales contract under applicable national laws for a period defined locally. Those remedies operate independently of this voluntary policy.
15. Customs and import
If customs duties or import taxes apply to deliveries outside customs unions, you are responsible unless we explicitly include them in the price. Refunds follow the Return Policy after goods clear return customs where relevant.
